In this role you will:
- Schedule, educate and counsel patients for surgery by phone.
- Work closely with our ophthalmologists and the clinical teams.
- Establish and maintain interpersonal relationships within the MEC team.
- Focus on providing outstanding customer service while being organized and detail orientated.
- We provide all the necessary internal training for surgery scheduling

- Monday through Friday, no on call or holidays.
- Set daily schedule is 8:00am-5:30pm, with one week a month 7:30am-4:00pm.
