High Plains Mental Health Center currently has an opening for a full-time Branch Office Support Staff Floater at our Colby Branch Office. This candidate would be based in Colby, traveling between the Colby and Goodland office, with a company provided vehicle. New employees will receive a $325 sign-on bonus following successful completion of their 90-day orientation period. Extensive Benefits Package!

Qualifications:

• Secretarial and office skills,
• Handle multi-line phone system, and data entry.
• Candidate must also successfully pass a KBI background check.
• Valid Kansas Driver\'s License with good driving record (no alcohol related offenses in the last 5 years).
• Open to applicants who do not have a college diploma

• Provides a variety of support services for the office staff,
• Greets patients and public in a pleasant and courteous manner,
• Provides efficient organization of schedules and activities,
• Follows established procedures to maintain quality patient records, and
• Follows direction from supervisor for coverage
