Our Opportunity: Chewy is seeking a highly motivated, goal-oriented, dedicated Supply Planner to join our exciting and fast-paced team in Bellevue, WA. We are seeking an experienced supply chain professional with a background in supply planning, inventory management and purchasing. In this role, you will ensure Chewy is providing the best-in-class consumer experience by managing vendor purchasing, optimizing inbound flows, and maintaining healthy inventory levels through data-driven analysis and decision making, and building relationships with our vendors, fulfillment centers and internal cross-functional teams. You will get to work side-by-side with equally smart, passionate, and highly motivated entrepreneurs as we continue to build Chewy\xe2\x80\x99s future. What You\'ll Do:

• Own end-to-end planning and execution of inventory, purchasing through FC fulfillment
• Analyze key metrics including vendor fill rate, lead time variability and FC inbound capacity to maintain Chewy\xe2\x80\x99s best in class in-stock rates and inventory turns
• Quickly identify and communicate current and future inventory issues, as well as developing sound recovery plans
• Participate in cross-functional manufacturer and vendor reviews, driving vendor operational improvement
• Participate in innovative, metric driven processes and projects to achieve supply chain excellence

What You\'ll Need:

• 1-3 years of supply chain experience, significant experience in supply planning or inventory management is a requirement
• Ability to effectively operate both independently and as part of a team
• Strong written, verbal, analytical and problem-solving skills
• E-commerce background is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, SQL experience a plus. ERP & Planning software experience is preferred
• Bachelor\'s degree in Business: Supply Chain, Logistics, Management, Economics, or related field
• Must be willing to travel

Compensation & Benefits The salary range for this position is $62,000-$119,000. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate\xe2\x80\x99s relevant experience, education, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 401k and a new hire and annual equity grant. Team members may be eligible for paid sick and family leave in compliance with applicable state and local regulations.
