Introducing a dynamic opportunity: the Supply Chain Planner role at Toniiq. This pivotal role is designed for an individual passionate about optimising supply chain processes and driving the business\xe2\x80\x99 success. The Supply Chain Planner will work tirelessly to achieve an in-stock rate on key products that approach 100%, by implementing scalable best practices, expanding the supply chain, and enhancing optimization.

• \xf0\x9f\x8c\x9f Masterfully plan manufacturing orders, ensuring timely and efficient production
• \xf0\x9f\x94\x8d Conduct risk analysis on ongoing orders to maximise in-stock rates and optimise inventory management
• \xf0\x9f\x92\xa1 Contribute to the maintenance and development of systems, processes, and spreadsheets that power the cutting-edge production systems

Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, you will collaborate closely with a dedicated 6-person operations team, ensuring seamless communication and coordination. The role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including material planning, material flow, procurement, planning, scheduling, cost management, warehouse operations, receiving, and shipping.

More specifically, within this role, you will:

• \xf0\x9f\x93\x8aManage Demand and Inventory Planning and be responsible for Order Management
• \xf0\x9f\x94\x84Develop effective MRP supply chain processes, execute through demand planning and schedule management between our 6 co-manufacturers
• \xf0\x9f\x93\x88Manage the supply chain management/production infrastructure to deliver reliable finished products, as measured by in-stock rate, at a volume that meets sales forecasts
• \xf0\x9f\x94\x8dConduct supply chain risk analysis and prevention; manage SKU/DC inventory levels to prevent stock-outs and overstock situations, especially during new product launch cycles
• \xf0\x9f\x92\xbbBe an important user in Odoo.sh; drive system enhancements, check functionalities of the planning tool, and troubleshoot any problems
• \xf0\x9f\x93\xa6Manage and maintain inventory control, forecasting, distribution, logistics, shipping, and receiving
• \xf0\x9f\x8f\xadOversee and ensure success in production, production planning, and scheduling by closely monitoring the progress of production orders and any foreseen delays
• \xf0\x9f\x94\xa7Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the production process

During this time, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of the company\'s systems and processes. Once familiarised, you will gradually transition into planning manufacturing orders, conducting risk analysis on ongoing orders to maximise in-stock rates, and helping maintain and develop the systems, processes, and spreadsheets that power Toniiq\'s production systems.

• \xf0\x9f\x92\xbb Experience with the operational e-commerce environment in a supply chain and manufacturing context
• \xf0\x9f\x93\x8a Deep analytical skills and expertise in data management within Excel and BI tools
• \xf0\x9f\x97\xa3\xef\xb8\x8f Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• \xf0\x9f\x93\x8c Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• \xf0\x9f\xa7\xa0 Solid understanding of supply chain concepts, financial acumen, and product knowledge
• \xf0\x9f\x93\x9a Experience in a major ERP provider like SAP, JD Edwards, or Netsuite; experience with Odoo.sh is an asset
• \xf0\x9f\x8e\x93 Bachelor\'s Degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field is an asset
