Your Responsibilities
As a Service Parts Supply Management Specialist for JD Power Systems & JD Engine Works located in Waterloo, Iowa, you will:
Manages the execution of a supply base for procuring less complex and strategic materials, products, supplies and services.
Be responsible for quality, delivery, supplier performance and establishing appropriate material replenishment process.
Coordinate and lead efforts to address chronic supplier performance issues and/or validation of suppliers during the Enterprise Order Fulfilment Process (OFP).
Facilitate the quality planning activities with suppliers.

What Skills You Need
Knowledge of unit processes and operations
Skilled in interpersonal communications, negotiations, and conflict resolution
Understanding of order fulfillment process
Must be able to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally; this may include travel into the office as needed for staff meetings, supplier meetings, etc. with limited notice.
What Makes You Stand Out
2 or more years of experience in a Supply Management procurement position
Experience using SAP supply management transactions
Previous experience in supplier negotiations
Experience working in a team environment and delivering expected results
Education
Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Supply Management or Business, or equivalent experience
