Responsibilities:
Presbyterian Healthcare Services is seeking a
Supervisor Housekeeping
to assist with planning, coordinating, monitoring, and evaluating the effectiveness of work activities in the
Housekeeping
department.
Our Housekeeping Supervisor maintains strong peer relationships and ensures quality standards are met. They also step in for the Housekeeping Manager when needed.
Some key responsibilities:
Act as a liaison for Integrated Support Service Housekeeping Manager, to customers and
Hospitality Service Associates
.
Provide leadership and serve as a role model for Housekeepers.
Help housekeepers establish priorities.
Monitor quality and service of work performed in their assigned area.
Help instruct, cross train, motivate, coach, and guide housekeepers.
Resolve daily issues presented in daily operations.
Attend department meetings.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum two (2) years of experience in a Food Service related field with the aptitude to be cross-trained in several disciplines.
