About the role:

We are looking for a talented business leader to join our EP PMO team. We have an exciting opportunity for a Supervisor, Project Management that will lead and facilitate integration activities within the Electrophysiology (EP) division tied to our Access Solutions (aka Baylis Medical) acquisition. In this role, you will collaborate cross-functionally, cross-divisionally, and across international sites to lead teams and projects that are critical to business goals. These projects will have high level visibility. We are seeking an experienced candidate who has a technical background as well as experience across multiple functional areas.

Your Responsibilities Include

  • Work with integration leads to run an integration core team comprised of cross-functional leads and subject matter experts from R&D, Operations, Regulatory, Clinicals, Commercial and Quality organizations. Work includes ensuring scope of work, costs, schedules, and risks are properly planned, resourced, and managed.
  • Support development, implementation, and revision of detailed integration project plan, including deliverable lists, risk management, communication plans, etc.
  • Build team ownership and commitment to project plan and identify, manage, and communicate project risks.
  • Prioritize, delegate, and manage tasks among team members as appropriate to drive execution of project deliverables and minimize risk.
  • Interact with internal and external stakeholders, by meeting regularly, responding to requests and explaining procedures.
  • Report out project progress and status including presenting to Franchise Senior leaders.
  • Potentially provide PM support for product-specific projects related to Baylis acquisition. If so, ensure the technical and regulatory integrity of the program and its verification and validation work and design reviews. Develop content that is in compliant with EU MDR, US FDA and global regulatory requirements, and all relevant BSC QS requirements.
  • Leads team to the successful completion of project goals.
What we\'re looking for:

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s Degree in Science, Engineering, or Business (technical focus).
  • 5+ years of work experience in project management, acquisition integration, product development, sustaining engineering, or roles requiring similar skillsets.
  • 1+ years of demonstrated project management experience leading cross functional teams and managing project scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Strong organizational skills, interpersonal skills, verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Strong emotional intelligence, situational leadership, and ability to manage by influence.
  • Positive and results-oriented, focused on delivering timely, accurate and well-adopted solutions.
  • Experience communicating to and presenting in front of leadership.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Ability to draw conclusions and make recommendations based on technical inputs from multiple and varied sources.
  • Strong organizational, communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ability to travel on brief visits to Baylis sites in Canada and Costa Rica
  • Prior project management role(s) - full time dedicated
  • Experience in the medical device industry and quality systems
  • Experience with medical devices, hardware, and/or systems
  • Experience with acquisitions and integration activities
  • Masters\' degree relevant to project management
  • MS Project proficiency
