- Knowledge of company\xe2\x80\x99s manufacturing techniques and managerial skills required.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and protects privacy of confidential/sensitive information.
- Ability to communicate effectively (verbal, written) with staff, and internal/external clients.
- Proactive; exercises sound judgement and decision making; able to identify problems and needs and develop solutions and/or options.
- Must have the ability to work overtime as needed, including Saturdays and holidays.
- Must adhere to company policies, safety rules and regulations, wear PPE.
