Who you are:

This position is responsible for ensuring excellent service and hospitality for guests during each service. This position reports to and works with the USE Management Team at Apres, located at The Summit. The Supervisor is tasked with the responsibility of building a culture of Enlightened Hospitality while ensuring the hourly team delivers excellent products and service. This is a full-time, high-volume food service position and our ideal candidate is not only enthusiastic but highly motivated and passionate about hospitality, food, and beverage.

What you\'ll do:

• Consistently provide an outstanding guest experience
• Consistently provide an outstanding culinary experience
• Maintain facilities in compliance with DOH standards

• 1-2+ years of supervising a high-volume venue or bar environment
• Operating knowledge of high volume, fast casual food service operations, and bar operations
• Ability to problem solve, think quickly, and communicate with employees, guests, clients, and business partners
• Proficiency in Toast POS platform
• TIPS certification and Food Handlers License is a must
• Full availability including but not limited to Holidays and Weekends
