Lake Tahoe Water Sports in Incline Village is looking for friendly and highly motivated people to fill multiple positions at two locations: Incline Beach and Burnt Cedar Beach. Applicants must be hard working, have the ability to multitask, and be available to work on weekends and holidays. Responsibilities:
- Performs opening/closing duties
- Performs sales transactions, POS operations, manning the cash register and assisting guests with rental of Kayaks and Paddle Boards
- Greets and courteously welcomes patrons
- Secures and maintains equipment including, cleaning and identifying and reporting maintenance issues
- Inspects rental equipment for damage before and after each rental
- Instructs patrons on rental equipment operation including boating regulations, basic boating safety, and proper usage
- Provides each guest high level of customer service and satisfaction
- Follows all policies, procedures and service standards
- Other duties as assigned
- Outgoing demeanor, enjoys dealing with the public
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
- Highly responsible & reliable
- Ability to lift up to 35lbs
- Must be able to work outdoors for extended periods of time
- Swimming experience preferred
