Position Overview:

If you're passionate about changing lives, lifting people up, and keeping a sense of humor when the day gets unpredictable, you might be exactly the counselor our clients and our team have been waiting for. We are seeking a LADC or ADC-T to provide substance use counseling and mental health support to clients in our 16-bed residential program. This role offers flexibility in scheduling and the opportunity to grow with our organization. The counselor will carry a caseload of 8 clients and work collaboratively with our team to provide high-quality, person-centered treatment.

: Full-time 40 per week, flexible days/hours

Work Location:

In-person located at 1394 Jackson Street Suite #300 St. Paul, MN 55117

Key Responsibilities:

Provide individual and group counseling to clients in accordance with 245G treatment standards. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs and goals. Conduct assessments and facilitate referrals as needed. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and agency requirements. Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to support client recovery. Provide education and support to clients regarding relapse prevention, coping strategies, and life skills. Participate in team meetings, staff training, and program development efforts.

Qualifications:

Age 18 or older

LADC

(Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor) or

ADC-T

with license in good standing

ordual licensed with mental health licensure or pre-licensure (LAMFT/LMFT, LGSW/LICSW, LPC/LPCC) Experience working in a residential treatment setting preferred but required. Must be able to pass MN Netstudy 2.0 background check Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently while being a team player Passion for supporting women in recovery and contributing to a positive, growth-oriented environment
