Our Flexologists come from backgrounds in fitness, physical therapy, yoga, Pilates, and chiropractic. Each completes our nationally recognized Flexologist Training Program to deliver an exceptional experience for every member.

Position Overview

The

Studio Coordinator

is the heartbeat of the studio -- greeting every guest with warmth, driving membership sales, maintaining a clean and organized space, and ensuring each client leaves feeling seen and supported.

You'll play a key role in

sales, customer service, and studio operations

, helping both new and returning members get the most out of their StretchLab experience.

Key Responsibilities

Drive membership sales through outreach, lead follow-up, and guest conversion Greet and check in clients with an upbeat, professional attitude Book and confirm intro sessions, ensuring a great first impression Present membership options, packages, and promotions confidently Support retention by building relationships and celebrating member progress Maintain studio cleanliness (front desk, bathrooms, floors, laundry, and supplies) Open and close the studio following operational checklists Collaborate with team members to create a positive, high-energy environment Support local marketing and community events as needed

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 30 per week
