Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding service to ensure a positive experience from start to finish Assist customers with product demos, explaining features and benefits clearly to enhance their understanding and interest Manage merchandising displays by stocking shelves, organizing products, and maintaining visual appeal Handle cash register operations, including POS transactions, cash handling, and basic math calculations, accurately Promote upselling opportunities by recommending additional products or services that meet customer needs Maintain phone etiquette when answering inquiries or scheduling appointments, ensuring clear and professional communication Support the overall cleanliness and organization of the studio environment to create an inviting atmosphere for visitors Supervise or assist with inventory management tasks as needed, including stock checks and replenishment

Experience

Previous retail sales experience preferred, but not necessary as we will train. Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and retail math is a plus. Strong communication skills are necessary for product demos, customer interactions, and team collaboration. This position is ideal for motivated individuals who enjoy a fast-paced retail setting and are equally comfortable working independently during slower moments.
