We are seeking a reliable,
seasonal Studio Assistant
to support our wedding and event production during the event season. This role is essential to the preparation and organization that allows our on-site event days to run seamlessly.

Responsibilities
Behind-the-scenes preparation of wedding and event materials
Receiving, processing, and quality control of fresh flowers
Washing and prepping vases
Preparing containers and hard goods for design
Maintaining studio organization and cleanliness
Supporting overall studio workflow and keeping systems organized
Schedule & Requirements
3-10 hours
on
Tuesdays and/or Wednesdays
of event weeks (hours will vary based on number of events scheduled for the week)
Studio arrival typically between
10:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Ability to lift and carry up to
30 lbs
Ability to be on your feet and working for extended periods
No weekends required
, though additional hours may be available
Compensation & Structure
Flexible, per diem / part-time schedule based on event volume
Paid hourly @ $20/hr
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 1 - 20 per week
