Studio Assistant -- Location: Sacred Circle Wellness Position: Part-Time (with opportunity to grow)

About Us Sacred Circle Wellness is a women-centered massage and wellness studio offering therapeutic massage, spa treatments, yoga, and community-focused programming. We support mothers, families, and individuals seeking holistic care, and restorative connection. We are expanding our team and looking for a heart-centered Studio Assistant who thrives in a warm, community-driven environment.

Position Summary The Studio Assistant supports the daily operations of the studio to ensure a welcoming, smooth, and organized experience for clients and practitioners. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, grounded, and passionate about wellness.

Responsibilities

Client Experience Warmly greet clients and create a calm, supportive environment Assist with check-ins, memberships, scheduling, and payments Maintain confidentiality and uphold trauma-informed communication Answer calls, emails, and client inquiries with professionalism Studio Operations Keep the lobby, treatment rooms, sauna area, and retail spaces clean and inviting Prepare rooms between sessions (linens, oils, lighting, restocking, etc.) Launder and fold studio linens Manage opening/closing procedures Monitor inventory of oils, scrubs, supplements, retail, and supplies

Administrative Support

Support practitioners with daily flow and session transitions Update booking software, client notes (non-sensitive), and schedules Assist with special events, retreats, and workshops Help with social media tasks, content prep, or basic posting (optional based on skill) ---

Qualifications

Warm, grounded energy and excellent interpersonal skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to maintain a clean, calming environment Interest in wellness, massage therapy, yoga, or maternal health is a plus Ability to lift up to 25 lbs (linens, small equipment, etc.) Experience in customer service, spa, or wellness settings helpful but not required

Schedule & Compensation

Part-time: 10-20 hours/week Must include some evenings or weekends Compensation based on experience Complimentary or discounted sauna and wellness perks.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
