Are you detail-oriented and passionate about student assessments and disability support? Alternate Perspectives Inc. (API) is looking for a Student Testing & Disability Coordinator to oversee academic and career technical certification testing, student disability accommodations, and compliance with DOL and center policies.

What You'll Do:


Coordinate & Administer Student Testing - Schedule and facilitate academic assessments, certification tests, and career technical credentialing. Ensure Compliance & Integrity - Maintain testing materials, secure sensitive documents, and uphold DOL & management policies. Support Students with Disabilities - Review student applicant folders, maintain accommodation plans, and ensure ADA compliance. Manage Data & Reporting - Maintain CIS (Center Information System) records, generate reports, and audit testing-related compliance. Train & Support Students & Staff - Provide testing orientations, explain test results and accommodations, and collaborate with departments. Oversee Student Accountability Functions - Coordinate test schedules, rosters, and accommodations across multiple departments. Administrative & Clerical Support - Handle scheduling, correspondence, data entry, recordkeeping, and document processing. Promote Student Success & Inclusion - Uphold Career Success Standards, Behavior Management Systems, and Zero Tolerance Policies.



What We're Looking For:


High school diploma (or equivalent) + 1 year of related experience (Post-secondary degree preferred). Strong communication & interpersonal skills - Ability to train students, support accommodations, and collaborate with staff. Detail-oriented & data-driven - Comfortable managing student records, test schedules, and compliance audits. Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Student Information Systems - Experience with data entry, reporting, and record maintenance. Ability to uphold confidentiality & security - Experience working with sensitive student data and disability records. Valid driver's license (or waiver by management).
