Kyo Standard Test Prep is a boutique test prep company specializing in SAT and ACT preparation. As a result of our continued growth, we are hiring a Student Manager to optimize and execute our programs. The role involves keeping track of our students progress, making sure they are handing in their assignments, offer support to our tutoring and management staff. Take incoming calls with regards to prospective students. To be successful in this role, you should be passionate about our students success, be self motivated, and enjoy working autonomously (but in a collaborative environment). In this role, you\'ll be responsible for: - Process and updating account information. - Contact prospective and current students by phone and email to answer questions, provide additional information about our programs and connect them with other team members and resources as appropriate. - Make sure all materials are mailed out in a timely manner. - Assist with the development, optimization, and execution of various processes and procedures to maximize student retention and promote enrollment. - Collaborate with marketing and content development to ensure deadlines are met. - Provide recommendations to the content development, marketing, and operations teams. - Write content for our Wechat page. - Assist in marketing efforts for our China growth. - spearheading your new ideas and supporting projects and initiatives as needed. To be considered, you should meet the following requirements: - 1 year in customer service experience. - Must be able to speak either Mandarin and comfortable using WeChat or Korean and comfortable using Kakao Talk. - General understanding of the College admissions process. - Comfortable using web based customer relationship management platforms (specifically Hubspot) - Proven experience working in a remote setting. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral). Job Type: Part-time Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour Schedule:
