The North America GSP Structuring and Solutions team works across GSP providing structuring capabilities and evaluating and implementing emerging opportunities. These solutions include structured issuance and financing, retail structured products, securitizations, derivatives, bespoke financings, and capital savings for other GSP businesses. Applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge, contributing to the origination, development, and execution of new solutions, as well as the improvement of processes and workflow for the product suite. • Work as a key member of the team on structuring, closing and on-going monitoring of various structured products transactions.
• Partner with other GSP trading and structuring desks to develop and implement solutions.
• Prepare term sheets, deal summaries and presentations.
• Present and explain proposed structured products to internal partners.
• Work with various internal stakeholders on the development of new products, models, and marketing materials for structured products.
• Identify and implement capital and funding efficiencies across GSP businesses.
• Work in close partnership with control functions such as Treasury, Accounting Policy, Tax, Legal, Compliance, Market and Credit Risk, Audit, Finance in order to ensure appropriate governance and control infrastructure.
• Obtain and maintain all registrations/licenses which are required for your role, within the appropriate timeframe.
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm\'s reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in fixed income (structured credit experience preferred).
• Excellent communication (oral and written), organizational and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to multi-task under tight deadlines.
• Demonstrated quantitative and analytical skills.
• Must be a team player; must be able to contribute and foster ideas within the team.
• Ability to work with multiple functional groups in a cohesive manner.

Education:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s/University degree or equivalent experience
