We're seeking a highly skilled Structural Steel Project Manager to lead complex steel construction projects from concept to completion. You'll oversee every phase--from estimating hand-off through fabrication and erection--ensuring safety, quality, and client satisfaction remain top priorities.

What You'll Do
Oversee all phases of structural steel projects, including estimating hand-off, detailing, fabrication, delivery, and erection.
Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and contracts.
Coordinate with internal engineering, detailing, fabrication, and field erection teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Review drawings and specifications to verify contract compliance.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, general contractors, and subcontractors.
Monitor project performance and proactively address issues related to safety, schedule, or cost.
Conduct regular site visits to ensure safety, progress, and quality standards are met.
Maintain accurate documentation including reports, meeting minutes, and correspondence.
Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
Manage project closeout activities, including punch lists, billing, and client satisfaction follow-ups.
What You'll Bring
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (equivalent experience considered).
5+ years of project management experience in structural steel or related construction fields.
Strong understanding of steel detailing, fabrication, and erection processes.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Procore, MS Project, and Bluebeam.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.
OSHA 30 certification preferred.
Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
