As we grow our U.S. footprint, we're building our first Strategy & Operations team to help scale our business with data-driven decision-making and operational excellence.

About the Role
As the Strategy & Operations Manager, you'll be at the center of how sunday scales and operates in the U.S. market. You'll combine analytical rigor with hands-on execution, identifying opportunities, implementing solutions, and ensuring initiatives turn into measurable impact.
You'll partner closely with Product, Operations, and Sales to help bring new features and go-to-market strategies to life, from planning through rollout. Whether it's refining how we onboard restaurants, improving payment flows, or launching new product capabilities, you'll play a key role in connecting strategy to execution.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, loves solving complex operational challenges, and wants to see their work directly influence how restaurants and guests experience sunday. You'll be both a problem-solver and a builder using data to guide decisions and working cross-functionally to make them happen.
You will report to the Director of Operations, and work daily with our teams in Atlanta, Chicago, London, Paris, and beyond!

Key Responsibilities
Use data to identify trends, opportunities, and bottlenecks across sunday's U.S. business.
Turn insights into action -- build and implement solutions that improve how we sell, onboard, and support restaurants.
Partner with Product and Operations to plan and execute go-to-market launches for new features, then measure their impact.
Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track performance and guide decision-making.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure initiatives move forward smoothly and deliver measurable results.
Document learnings and establish scalable best practices as the U.S. team grows.

About You
Based in Atlanta, Chicago, or New York
3-5 years experience
Strong analytical capability (SQL, spreadsheets, data visualization). Able to work with both clean & messy data.
Operational mindset - comfortable with ambiguity, able to roll up your sleeves and dive into the details.
Experience in payments / fintech or hospitality / restaurant tech is a big plus.
Experience in product operations, operational strategy, growth, or operations consulting.
Cross-functional communication skills - can align product, engineering, operations, sales, support.
Track record of defining metrics, executing, testing, iterating.
Entrepreneurial mindset - since this is the first Strategy & Ops hire in the US, scope will likely be broad; must be comfortable with broad ownership and moving fast.
