A critical aspect of our growth strategy involves the expansion of our mobility and logistics service offering. As the Reservations product team, we are responsible for the growth and pricing of our Reserve and Connect products to provide our customers with more choice across the areas of quality, convenience, reliability, and price.


What the Candidate Will Do

• 
  Handle product line performance, tracking performance vs. targets, and ensure we are holding ourselves and partner teams accountable for expected results
• Partner with marketing, product marketing, and brand teams to develop a coherent brand strategy, ensuring that our offering is clear and appropriate for the markets that we\'re in
• Identify new service line opportunities via market research and customer insight, then partner with teams across the company to develop these services and bring them to market
• Identify business priorities such as growth opportunities or weaknesses and help drive the team\'s strategy and improve or innovate processes
• Partner with customer research and insights teams to understand how we can continue to improve on service quality, then work with our product, support, business development, and operations teams to deliver compelling features to our customers
• Develop analytical frameworks to support the company in decision-making
• Assess the viability and attractiveness of adjacent services, considering acquisition or partnership approaches

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor\'s degree required
• At least 2 years of demonstrated experience
• Data-first problem solver with excellent Excel / data management skills
• SQL skills required

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 2-5 years of experience in strategy / consulting / business intelligence or related experience
• Some high-growth operations, tech, or startup experience is strongly preferred
• Outstanding communication and organization skills
• Clear communicator
• Strong, demonstrated leadership capabilities
• Self-motivated, works well independently and possesses strong organization and time management skills

Offices continue to be central to collaboration and Uber\xe2\x80\x99s cultural identity. Unless formally approved to work fully remotely, Uber expects employees to spend at least half of their work time in their assigned office. For certain roles, such as those based at green-light hubs, employees are expected to be in-office for 100% of their time. For Washington, DC-based roles: The base salary range for this role is $98,000 per year - $109,000 per year. You will be eligible to participate in Uber\'s bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
