Principal Duties/Responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7 Develops and implements account strategies to maintain and grow existing account revenue, profitability and customer loyalty through the identification of a customer\xe2\x80\x99s needs and delivery of a sales solution.

\xc2\xb7 Works with assigned strategic account(s) to identify and develop new business in all ATS divisions at additional account locations worldwide.

\xc2\xb7 Partners with operations leadership to identify and develop new business at current customer locations and to better understand the needs, strategies and decision-making hierarchy at existing customers.

\xc2\xb7 Develops and cultivates effective relationships with key decision makers/executives within assigned strategic account(s).

\xc2\xb7 Effectively identifies and communicates value (tangible and intangible) of ATS services to assigned customers\xe2\x80\x99 decision makers and executives.

\xc2\xb7 Acts as main focal point for customer inquiries and concerns within assigned account(s).

\xc2\xb7 Serves as a face of ATS throughout the customer\xe2\x80\x99s organization and becomes knowledgeable about ATS related services to the customer\xe2\x80\x99s industry.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, & Behaviors Required:

\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in business or related field; MBA preferred.

\xc2\xb7 Proven success developing and growing business with large manufacturers.

\xc2\xb7 Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and people without direct authority.

\xc2\xb7 Demonstrated ability to build strategic relationships within various levels of customer\xe2\x80\x99s organization.

\xc2\xb7 Six Sigma Greenbelt certification preferred.

Physical Demands and Working Conditions:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands/fingers to handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb, ascend/descend or balance to heights that may require a ladder or lift; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl in confined spaces; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to sit. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move more than 50 pounds. The employee is regularly required to use close vision and color vision. The employee is occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions and risk of electrical shock. Work is typically performed in a factory environment and is usually very loud. In the factory environment, the employee may be exposed to hazardous materials and/or greasy or slippery factory floors.
