Job Description
We are seeking an ambitious professional who is eager to take the next step in their career. The successful candidate will ensure that all retail operations run smoothly, strive to maximize profit margins, and work with the General Manager by performing bookkeeping, auditing and administrative duties under gerneral supervision. Responsibilities:
- Oversee the operations of an entire store, including organizing a team and creating an environment where team members can succeed.
- Monitor and evaluate all openings, transfers, and closings, ensuring adherence to company policy.
- Hire and train a diverse team of team members who are all passionate about the company, its products, and its mission.
- Manage the performance of every team member and ensure open communication between leadership and staff.
- Maintain the safety of all team members by following OSHA regulations and adhering to strict safety protocols.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the store.:Plan inventory accurately to ensure there is appropriate inventory at all times.
