Duties
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve company objectives and sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies for B2B and technical sales.
Foster strong relationships with clients through effective account management and customer service.
Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing leads, and analyzing performance metrics.
Conduct market analysis to identify new business development opportunities and trends.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize revenue.
Collaborate with marketing teams to create campaigns that enhance brand visibility and drive sales growth.
Provide training, mentorship, and support to team members to enhance their skills in negotiation and customer engagement.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning.
Qualifications
Proven experience in outside sales, management, or related fields.
Strong background in B2B sales, particularly within the technology sector.
