We\'re looking for a forward-thinking individual to join our team of Store Managers. This position is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and for maintaining the appearance of the store and its products. Our Store Managers are also responsible for promoting sales and following company policies, as well as providing leadership to their team. This is the perfect business-oriented opportunity for anyone who wants to help grow our national chain! Responsibilities:
- Create a safe and secure work environment for store staff.
- Manage and provide employee supervision for store personnel in order to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure full compliance with all relevant corporate policies, local ordinances, and state and federal laws as they apply to stores, inventory, and staff.
- Keep accurate records of personnel and store performance.
- Ensure that $500,000 of liquor inventory is held in safe and secure manner at all times.
- Assign duties to employees; train and evaluate employees.
