What you\xe2\x80\x99ll be doing:

Modeling and cultivating the Mission and Values within the store environment

Meet personal sales and and drive store sales goals provided by leadership

Work with Store Manager to:

-oversee flawless execution in daily store operations (opening procedures, closing procedures, cash register / money handling and bank runs, etc.)

-communicate company-wide policies, procedures, and forecasts with team

-ensure earnest adoption and understanding of our Company CRM

-coach Arch Support Specialists to excellence in weekly and monthly sales performances

-implement training programs and upskill new hires, identifying and correcting performance gaps

-solve customer service issues with integrity and positivity

-oversee management level POS procedures (refunds, voids, reporting, and adjusting work hours)

Exercise persistent diligence in post-sale follow-up with customers

Work with Store Support to generate and pursue organic sales opportunities in local community

Maintain a professional working environment for team and customers

Requirements

Sales driven mindset
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Organized and highly efficient
Management experience preferred
Physical Requirements:
Must be comfortable with constant standing, walking, and kneeling
Lifting up to 40 pounds
Ascending or descending ladders
