Sterilizer!

This position is integral in providing an exceptional patient experience and assisting with the successful running of day-to-day sterilization operations in the clinic.

Community Dental Care is Minnesota's largest provider of comprehensive dental care for people of all ages on public programs. We operate five clinics across the state, including the Twin Cities, Rochester and Buffalo.

Responsibilities

Instrument sterilization Packing of sterilized instruments into cassettes Stock operatories to ensure all necessary tools/products are ready for patients Assist clinical staff with patients and/or charting when needed Oiling of low-speed adapters Check ultrasonic equipment for proper working order Organize K-files/endosequence Adjust air pressure in dental units Change seal rubber of autoclave when needed Setup and clean operatories for dental assistants when needed General maintenance on clinical equipment when needed

Sterilizer Position Hours:

Monday - Thursday 10:00am - 6:00pm

Friday 10:00am - 3:00pm

Qualifications

1-2 years patient care experience or customer service Experience working with culturally diverse communities Ability to quickly adapt within a fast-paced work environment CPR/AED certification preferred
