ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS** \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide high-quality customer service in accordance with our Company\xe2\x80\x99s customer service standards and policies and procedures. \xe2\x80\xa2 Greet and engage customers, creating a welcoming experience while taking beverage and food orders. \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide courteous, friendly and efficient customer service \xe2\x80\xa2 Multi-task and maintain calm during peak times. \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop and communicate knowledge of coffees, espresso beverages, iced and blended beverages, food offerings, promotional products and limited time offers. \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare a full line of Starbucks beverages to company and Starbucks standards. \xe2\x80\xa2 Comply with established weight and measures, health and sanitation, and safety policies, practices, procedures and guidelines. \xe2\x80\xa2 Operate electronic cash register, receive final payment from customer (cash or credit/debit card) and accurately make proper change. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain cleanliness of coffee service area of the store. \xe2\x80\xa2 Set up and maintain displays in coffee area according to established guidelines and procedures. \xe2\x80\xa2 Replace stock in preparation area from supply area. \xe2\x80\xa2 Adhere to uniform and grooming policy as defined within company policy.
