Under the general direction of the Board's Executive Officer, the Staff Services Manager II (SSM II) (Specialist) works in a non-supervisory capacity. The incumbent will lead the Board's efforts and be responsible for the strategic planning, development, and life cycle management of the Board's cashiering, application and licensing technology product and platform. The SSM II (Specialist) performs product management functions critical to the Board's licensing platform which is fundamental to the Board's consumer protection mandate throughout the life cycle of the platform. The SSMII (Specialist) is responsible for working alongside the DCA BizMod Project Team, DCA Office of Information (OIS), subject matter experts (SMEs), and Board staff to identify current cashiering, application and licensing technology product and platform standards to validate that the standards will be maintained through management of the platform life cycle.
