Job Description

OneAdmin Planning & Operations has an immediate opening for a permanent position as a OneAdmin Planning and Operations Manager at the Staff Services Manager I (Supervisory) level. This position is responsible for providing guidance and direction to the AskAdmin team within OneAdmin Planning and Operations. This is a high impact unit that performs the handling/processing the all AskAdmin requests through a Case Management System (CMS), phone system, and general email inbox. In addition, the SSMI follows up on complex Ad-Hoc requests, provides training and resources to AskAdmin professionals, and ensures quality standards for the unit.

The successful candidate must reside in California upon appointment.


Selected candidate(s) hired may be required to attend in-person Onboarding at our Vacaville office with expenses for attendance paid by State Fund.

Special Requirements


Effective July 1, 2025, the State of California implemented the Personal Leave Program 2025 (PLP 2025) which reduces an employee's monthly salary in exchange for leave credits. Employees appointed to this classification will have their monthly salary reduced and will accrue hours of PLP 2025 on the first day of each pay period in accordance with the applicable

bargaining contract.
