Job Description


I\'m partnered with a high growth, privately held manufacturer of world-class products looking to bring on a Staff Accountant to their team! With a large presence in the US, this growing company has an excellent opportunity for someone to join their organization that is eager to assist with month-end close and produce accurate and timely transactions.

  • Assist with month-end close, including the completion of journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Manage the processing and payment of approved vendor bills.
  • Prepare financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
  • Collaborate with the plant/operation teams for pricing and vendor updates.
  • Identify process improvements and procedures.
  • Assist with weekly reporting activities to send out to each plant.
  • Provide accounting support when needed.
  • Conduct ad hoc projects.

Highly visible role, reporting into the Accounting Supervisor|Ample career growth opportunity with a growing company
  • Bachelor\'s Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 1+ years of experience in Accounting
  • Manufacturing, distribution, or related industry experience preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong Microsoft Excel knowledge
  • Knowledge of GAAP
