\xc2\xb7 Perform month-end close tasks timely and accurately.
\xc2\xb7 Prepare journal entries, general ledger analyses, and account reconciliations.
\xc2\xb7 Assist with A/R process restructuring
\xc2\xb7 Process ACH & wires to ensure vendors are paid.
\xc2\xb7 Work closely with outside accounting firm during audits.
\xc2\xb7 Diligently review vendor payments when providing approval for processing.
\xc2\xb7 Ensure responsibilities are completed within agreed upon time frame/deadlines.
\xc2\xb7 Partner with other departments, vendors and outside sales force.
\xc2\xb7 Ad hoc projects assisting the Accounting Manager\xe2\x80\x99s and Controller as needed.
Staff Accountant Required Qualifications:
\xc2\xb7 4-year degree or relevant experience
\xc2\xb7 0 to 2 years of accounting experience
\xc2\xb7 Self-motivated, able to prioritize and execute multiple tasks, and manage deadlines while exhibiting a team-first attitude.
\xc2\xb7 Solid analytical skills and technical accounting skills required
\xc2\xb7 Proficient in MS Office - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. as well as ERP experience and General Ledger software experience a plus.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $53,000.00 per year
