Key job responsibilities
Lead end-to-end execution of organizational effectiveness programs and initiatives including organizational design, job architecture, and developing functional capability at scale
Develop strategies to build functional capabilities among managers
Analyze talent data to provide actionable insights and drive strategic decisions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and improve HR processes
Conduct change management to support organizational transformations
There will also be opportunities to own other programs/initiatives across the organization based on business needs - these may include process improvements, supporting other HR related goals/initiatives, etc.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
5+ years of HR experience with a focus on organizational effectiveness
Strong project management and analytical skills
Proven ability to navigate complexity and drive clarity in ambiguous environments
Strong analytical skills with experience in strategic workforce planning
Excellence in stakeholder management and executive communication
Track record of developing innovative HR solutions in fast-paced environments
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Master's degree in HR or related field
7+ years of HR experience with a focus on organizational effectiveness
Experience in the tech industry, particularly in AI or rapidly scaling environments
Knowledge of advanced analytics tools and techniques
Experience supporting tech operations organizations
Experience working with rapidly growing, large, global teams
Global HR experience
Organizational design and change management experience
Strong project management experience
Proven ability to diagnose issues and drive appropriate solutions with self-initiative
Strong business acumen and ability to work well across different functions in order to integrate HR and business strategies
Excellent written and verbal communication; high quality document preparation and presentation skills
Exception listening skills and ability to relate to, influence, and coach employees of all levels in the organization

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $113,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $187,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
