Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Experience in leading Business Requirements Workshops and conducting CRP sessions.
• Experience in closely working with customer product owners for requirements elicitation and documentation.
• Experience in creating use cases / functional specification documents.
• Experience in varied digital commerce engagements like consulting/ implementations/ operations etc. with at least 2-3 sizeable engagements.
• Experience in different ecommerce channels B2C, B2B, D2C and Marketplace.
• Extensive experience in digital commerce space with functional knowledge of leading ecommerce product suites e.g Hybris, Magento, etc.
• Understanding of Catalog, Products, Pricing & Promotions, Search, Order Management, Inventory Management, Payment Gateway, Personalization etc.
• Awareness of SEO Concepts
• Ability for evaluate and propose of ecommerce platform/ product based on the clients\' current and future requirements.
• Experience in interacting with creative agencies and business users to discuss the requirements.
• Experience with agile tools like JIRA for requirements management
• Experience in leading a mentoring team of Business Analysts.
• Ability to review the test cases.
• Ability to deliver business user trainings.
• Experience with all SDLC (Agile, Scaled Agile, DevOps) and engagement models.
• Exposure to Industry verticals such as Retail, CPG, Manufacturing, etc.
• Experience in Working with Pre-Sales and Solution teams on building Client Solutions.

Education:

• MBA from reputed B-school
