Lead discovery sessions with cross functional business teams to identify technology needs and gaps. Condense feedback into key themes and use case needs.
Working with cross functional partners, define business case for roadmap items & intakes for Retail Media (LORMN), Personalization, Media, or Promotion businesses.
With guidance from Sr. Manager, clearly articulate vision for short, mid, and long term business needs for technology and product partners and define solution requirements.
Communicate business requirements effectively to Marketing leadership and multi-functional partners to help drive an impactful product roadmap.
Evaluate third party MarTech vendors and determine value of proposed partnerships to Lowe\'s marketing. Understand current technological capabilities/dependencies, existing roadmap & workflow items, proposed vendor capabilities, and incremental value of 3P partnerships to Lowe\'s.
After defining the roadmap, work with product managers & business teams to ensure timely delivery of all product asks. Communicate status to key internal stakeholders and develop contingency plans for delays/risks.
Work collaboratively with power users of tools to understand pain points, limitations, and dependencies of current products & tools.
Possess ability to work tactically in tools and product details while maintaining strategic vision of organizational initiatives. Exercise ability to both prioritize and deprioritize business asks by having intimate knowledge of broader technology landscape, resources, and impact.
Provide competitive analysis and demonstrate industry knowledge to ensure best in class product capabilities.
Effective project management, communication (written & oral), presentation, and problem solving skills.
