Specialized Infant Nanny | Twin Care

Concord, MA, US, United States

Job Description

A warm, collaborative Concord family is seeking a Specialized Infant Nanny to support the care of their twin daughters--one currently home, and her sister transitioning home when medically ready. This position is ideal for a caregiver with strong infant experience, confidence around medical equipment, and comfort coordinating with clinical teams. You will play an essential role in supporting a safe and smooth transition from hospital to home. The role begins with one infant at home, followed by structured hospital observation (if approved by the care team), and then full twin care upon discharge.

Why This Role Is Unique

This medically-aware placement includes:
Phased onboarding: one baby initially, then both
Optional hospital observation before discharge (learn routines from nurses)

Phased Approach:

Phase 1: Care for infant at home; build routines & rapport
