Compensation

Hourly wage: $18-$20 Overtime wage: $27-$30
We are seeking an experienced, engaging, and dependable Infant Nanny to support multiple families in the Wayzata area. This role provides care for young infants and toddlers during parents' working hours, typically Monday through Friday between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with infants in roles such as nannying, babysitting, daycare, preschool, or church nursery care.

Responsibilities

Provide attentive, developmentally appropriate care for infants and toddlers Engage children through play, reading, arts and crafts, and age-appropriate activities Maintain a safe and clean environment, including activity setup and cleanup Communicate consistently and professionally with parents and team members Follow family routines, schedules, and guidelines Support outdoor and active play as weather permits

Requirements

At least 1 year of day-to-day infant care experience Available at least five days per week for 6-9 hour shifts At least 18 years of age Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Able to provide 3 references (2 childcare-related, 1 character) High school diploma or GED Current CPR and First Aid certification Strong reliability and professionalism

Essential Physical Requirements

Regular lifting, bending, squatting, reaching, and pushing Ability to lift 35 pounds safely Ability to move from floor to standing position repeatedly Ability to react quickly and calmly in emergent situations
