Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assess the information needs of the organization and ensure that transferred knowledge is unbiased, integrated and synthesized to provide clear, actionable, and impactful insights and business recommendations
  • Utilize sound methodologies and cost-effective solutions, including full internal implementation when it provides the optimal solution (including questionnaire design, tabulation, analysis, etc.)
  • Assist in planning, design, development, facilitation, coding, tabulation, data interpretation and analysis, reporting, development of actionable recommendations and presentation of research initiatives
  • Manage and coordinate multiple quantitative and qualitative projects simultaneously
  • Develop and leverage strategic relationships with best in class external business partners, including quality control and successful identification and qualification of new research tools and best practices
  • Consolidate information across various custom and secondary research studies to provide understanding on brand positioning, including strengths/weaknesses relative to competition, and opportunities to improve brand health
Skills, Experience and Requirements
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business, marketing, marketing research or statistics (MBA considered an advantage)
  • 2-5 years of experience in qualitative and/or quantitative marketing research (some supplier side research experience considered an advantage)
  • Experience with various data collection methods (qualitative and quantitative methods) and with cross-tabulation portals and/or analytical software (e.g., SPSS, SAS)
  • Strong written, oral, and presentation skills
  • Agility and willingness to work in a face-paced environment and take on a variety of responsibilities to support the Consumer Insights division
  • Attention to detail, critical thinking, creative problem solving, positive attitude, ambition and collaborative team spirit

Salary Range

Compensation: $57,400.00/Year - $82,000.00/Year
