Job Description
The Patricia A. Hannaford Career Center (PAHCC) is looking for a Special Needs Coordinator to join their team starting in August 2026. The Special Needs Coordinator develops and maintains relationship with students, instructors, administrators, and sending school case managers, with the purpose of supporting IEPs and 504s for individual students in PAHCC programs, as well as others who are determined to be in need of additional support, or meet the Vermont Agency of Education definition of special population.
