We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate special education paraprofessional to join our team. This role is essential for supporting students with diverse learning needs.
The ideal candidate will work closely with teachers to maintain behavioral expectations, work with students with a need for additional support in and out of the classroom .
Responsibilities
*Assist in supporting teachers and students, ensuring that educational goals are met.
*Support literacy education and math instruction with one on one and small group settings.
*implement and maintain behavior management strategies to promote positive behavior and engagement among students.
*work with students to think critically, communicate effectively and act responsibly.
*Assist students at recess and lunch duties
*Other duties as assigned
