Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Special Education Para-pro to join our family. The ideal individual will have experience working with children, especially those with developmental disabilities, and maintain a passion for supporting their educational growth.

Responsibilities

- Assist in educating and supporting students with developmental disabilities
- Collaborate with teachers to implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students in various educational settings
- Aid in lesson planning and preparation
- Support students in developing social skills and positive behavior
- Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and other professionals regarding student progress

Experience

Required:
- Experience working with children, particularly those with developmental disabilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Nice-to-have:
- Background in childcare, preschool, or private school settings
- Familiarity with lesson planning and early childhood education
- Experience working with students who have diverse learning needs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $129.00 per day
