Essential Duties:

Run the day-to-day spa tasks Perform the services on clients Scheduling clients, answering phones, cleaning Calling upon past clients Posting to our social media pages Ensure that all clients receive a 5-star experience

SALES Excellent customer service skills with a customer-first attitude Ability to inspire others through example Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to problem-solve promptly Self-motivated nature with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team

We're looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our rapidly growing team, offering endless opportunities for advancement. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working directly with clients in a spa setting. Training will be provided, but sales experience is a MUST.

Responsibilities:

Work directly with clients for their wellness & body contouring needs Sell $3,000+ packages and maintain above 50% closing rate Create client journey with the clients Recommend other services to clients based on their needs Book appointments Daily cleaning & spa organization Social media content & posts
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
