Responsibilities:

Greet clients and provide exceptional customer service Manage scheduling, phone calls, appointments, and basic administrative duties Clearly communicate spa services, promotions, and membership options Maintain spa cleanliness and uphold brand standards Stay informed about our full menu of services (we'll train you!) Work flexible shifts (evenings, weekends, mornings, etc.)

2+ years of sales or retail experience
