As a Spa Sales Associate, you play a crucial role in ensuring that every client has an outstanding spa experience. No prior spa experience? No problem! We provide all the training you need--just bring your enthusiasm and people skills.

Responsibilities

Meet membership sales goals (training provided) Learn and understand our menu of services Provide exceptional customer service, building lasting client relationships Work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings Clearly communicate sales, promotions, and service options to clients Maintain spa cleanliness standards Bring a positive and energetic attitude to work every day Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage client records Assist with various administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required Must be 18 years or older Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail A team player who can also work independently Prior customer service or sales experience is a plus
