About the Role

As a

Spa Consultant

, you'll be the face of Glo--greeting clients, delivering high-level service, and driving sales. This position is perfect for young professionals who love people, thrive in a fast-paced setting, and want long-term growth in the beauty & wellness industry.

What We're Looking For

Prior

sales or customer service experience

(preferred) Friendly, confident, and comfortable recommending products/services Able to multitask and keep the salon clean and welcoming Available for

evenings, weekends, and holiday hours

(Major holidays are restricted/off)

Daily Responsibilities

Meet & exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales goals Provide tailored recommendations for every client Maintain exceptional customer service Keep salon clean, organized, and audit-ready Assist with equipment troubleshooting (training provided)

Compensation

$12-$18/hr blended pay

Hourly + Commission
