Overview

We are seeking a friendly and professional Spa Concierge / Front Desk Associate to provide exceptional customer service and support at our spa. This role is vital in creating a welcoming environment for clients, managing appointments, and ensuring smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be bilingual (preferred), and have experience in retail or customer service settings such as grocery stores or retail sales. Duties

Greet clients warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations using POS systems Handle cash transactions, process payments accurately, and perform cashiering duties Upsell spa services, products, and packages to enhance client experience and revenue Conduct product demos and provide information about spa treatments and retail items Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area, including stocking supplies and merchandising products Assist with inventory management, including stocking shelves and managing product displays Answer phone calls professionally, providing information about services, promotions, and scheduling appointments Support sales efforts through effective communication and upselling techniques Ensure excellent phone etiquette and customer service at all times

Experience

Previous experience in retail sales, grocery stores, or customer service roles is highly desirable Supervising experience is a plus but not required Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and basic retail math is preferred Bilingual abilities are a strong advantage to serve a diverse clientele Experience with product demos, merchandising, stock management, and upselling techniques will be beneficial Strong communication skills, professionalism, and a friendly demeanor are essential for success in this role
Pay: $600.00 per week
