Spa Concierge

for the beautiful Barton Creek Resort & Spa!

Responsibilities:
Perform all guest activities in cordial, efficient and professional manner, at all times maintaining a commitment to guest satisfaction. Schedule all spa services (via telephone and in person) in an efficient and timely manner. Promote and sell all spa services and listen to the needs of each guest. Be fluent and knowledgeable about spa services, prices, facilities and other Resort activities. Confirm all guest appointments via phone or in person within allocated time given. Oversee a guest's visit to the Spa. Specific tasks may include giving tours of the spa, answering questions, and escorting the guest to the specific areas. Always help maintain the locker rooms Perform other tasks as assigned by a supervisor or manager. Promote Spa, Hotel and Club affiliates and services. Responsible for all visual merchandising, including unpacking, folding, hanging and displaying merchandise according to quality standards and placing in the appropriate location by the beginning of the next day. Assist with physical inventory when needed.

Qualifications:
Prior Spa and retail experience is preferred. Prior experience in a customer-oriented atmosphere, preferably in a hospitality field, required. Customer service experience is highly preferred. Experience with Resort Suite preferred. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office. Must be able to communicate effectively in a professional business environment. Must have the ability to stand for 7 hours per day. Ability to lift, carry, push, pull 30 lbs. Ability to work a flexible schedule, to include: AM/PM shift, weekends, holidays.
