Role Overview

The Spa Concierge is the heartbeat of Harmony -- welcoming guests, coordinating appointments, and supporting sales and service goals. This position ensures the spa's front-of-house runs smoothly, beautifully, and with intention. You'll assist with setup, cleanliness, and client care to uphold Harmony's five-star standards.

Key Responsibilities

Arrive by

10:30 AM

to open and prepare the spa for the 11:00 AM opening Assist with

station setup, sanitation, and daily housekeeping tasks

Maintain

reception and gift shop areas

-- ensuring displays are stocked, clean, and inviting Monitor

restrooms and service areas

, keeping them tidy, stocked, and guest-ready at all times Manage appointments, check-ins, and transactions in the

Booker POS system

Greet guests warmly and deliver exceptional service throughout their visit Support team goals for

re-booking, retail, and daily service sales

Maintain accurate reporting and cash handling Collaborate closely with the owner and team to ensure seamless operations
Qualifications

3-5 years of front-desk, customer service, or hospitality experience

(preferably 1-2 years in salon, spa, or medical-office setting)

Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills Comfortable with retail sales and service goal tracking Professional, reliable, and self-motivated Positive attitude with a spirit of teamwork and care Must pass background and credit checks
Compensation & Growth

Starting Pay:

$15/hr + 3% Retail Sales Bonus

Performance-Based Increases:

After 90 days and ongoing, based on: Re-booking rate performance Retail and service sales growth Cleanliness, consistency, and teamwork Attendance, professionalism, and client feedback
Dedicated team members typically advance to

$18-$20/hr

with steady performance and growth.
