MUST LIVE IN INDIANA

Description:

- 95% of role will be sourcing for qualified resumes/candidates - using Booleans, etc. They\'d have access to LinkedIn recruiter, will have an Indeed seat, and Talemetry which is our CRM platform.

- Reviewing internal applications on applicant tracking system and contacting candidates

- Sourcing utilizing Indeed and LinkedIn, as well as other creative sourcing methods

- Initial outreach to applicants via phone and email
