Job Summary
This position is responsible for providing technical and functional solution discovery and demonstrations to prospective and existing customers to support new sales, retention, and expansion opportunities. Create and deliver Henry Schein One (HS1) presentations and product demonstrations. Design, validate, and present HS1 software solutions to include advanced product concepts, future direction, and 3rd party complimentary products. Present and articulate HS1 product\'s strengths, relative to competitors.
Partner with HS1 product leaders to deliver meaningful customer feedback and influence current and planned features that solve customer pain points.
This is an exciting opportunity to demonstrate the RCM capabilities and features of Henry Schein One solutions to DSO / Group Practice customers and prospects. The right candidate will have experience in the Dental / DSO industry and a deep understanding of Revenue Cycle Management processes, as well as the Henry Schein One Solutions related to RCM. This position will be customer and prospect facing 50% of the time and will work directly with Product, Development, Marketing and other teams in a cross functional and highly visible role.
